Leaverbuster for loading screen crash.

The game sometimes becomes unresponsive and crashes. I recieve a leaverbuster, That's fine, I'll use that extended queue time to play other games, and maybe just drop league because it's been out for TEN YEARS and we still have the odd patch that breaks the loading screen or something.
