Shyvana's ult glitches out in twisted treeline

I don't have a video as I can't see it myself but when I faced some players last night on twisted treeline, they said it looked like I was doing "multiple flashes" when I used my ult to hop over walls in twisted treeline.

I've only done it on a few walls so I don't know which is which.

Wall 1: The main wall in the middle of the map that is by the health relic. Jumping over into the top lane.

Wall 2: Top lane, the wall just behind the first turret with the bush. (The team on the right side)

NOTE: The ult was used to jump from the jungle into the lane. It could be like this with every wall, I am not sure.
