When I started the client to update for the new patch I noticed that it didn't show the usual percentage updated bar where the lobby button is. I believe the client updated but the play/create lobby button is gray and tells me to restart the client. After 10 restarts, I was able to get into 1 game. However, after that game the play button was gray once again and I have not been able to get into a game since.

Grayed outed buttons could be a result of connectivity issues between your network and the client servers.

Checked into connectivity issues but that's not the problem. I saw a message that the game thinks that I'm still patching though I've already played games on this patch. Apparently I'm not the only one getting this https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/ZWzAGXEA-play-button-bug
