Invicible Minion

I have a rare occurrence that happened while I was playing the new map/event Butcher's Bridge. To put it simply there was an invincible minion in front of one of the turrets of our nexus. The minion was visible to all of my teammates because they said so in the chat multiple times.

*The minion was clickable *The minion did not move *Had a weird animation like it was squished? *It was about 125 units away from the turret *It did not despawn *I don't know if the enemies could see the minion because one of my teammates asked them with no response

I sadly do not have video footage of the minion or any screen shot because I rarely record my games and I forgot to take a screen shot.
