Riot: Karthus VO Isnt Working

I just played a game where Karthus' VO wasn't working. I started a custom game after I restarded the client and his VO still wasn't working. And Yes, I have the settings on to where I can hear champion VO's, but his is the only one that wasn't working. Potential bug?

Wanted to upvote, noticed this as well. Elise has a similar but less noticeable issue. Her spider form VO is missing.

Thank you! im not the only one, 3 games and yet no VO at all. figured that would have been noticed much faster but no one plays karthus ... Karthus
