Can't make game full screen borderless

I remember having this problem when I began playing. What you want to do is enter a match (can't do this out of game), and while you're in game, press the esc button, which will show the options menu. Then click on the tab that says "Graphics", and uncheck the box that says windowed mode or something like that. That should make your game full screen! Hope this helped you out :)
