Broken Rek'Sai tunnels [GAMEPLAY]

This happened to me in an ARAM game a moment ago and it also happens at 9:25 seconds in this video. I am not sure on how it happens or how to reproduce it but it causes the tunnel to not be able to be destroyed. the tunnel is still visible and still grants vision along with Rek'Sai still having the option to use her Ultimate to teleport to it. The tunnel may also be used to create another one still when a new tunnel is created you can still only destroy half of it and part of it still remains. But I hope this can be fixed on both maps.
