riot please fix....

I have had blank screens in champ select on several games and not been able to pick a champ and or been stuck on the loading screen for 10 minutes with myself at 100% and every one else at like 30%... the look at op.gg and see the game has been going for 10 minutes... please fix your system to recognize YOUR systems errors and STOP penalizing the players for things that are out of our control.

P.S. I am not saying do not penalize players who intentionally do it or even dc in game. You make a shit load of money you can program something that recognizes the errors before the game.

you will most likely get a quicker response or rather any response at all if you fix your title. I suggest having your title be something like this [Client]-[Crash] Blank screen in champ select and unable to load into game Don't forget to scroll to the bottom of the banner at the left under Etiquette and you will find a good description of what tags to use in your title
