Attempting to reconnect?

I tried to play a game, but when it started, it said: '' attempting to reconnect'' I have tried this many times before, so i just went to check the connection, but it was full. I restarted the internet the computer and what i could. Nothing happened. I did the same thing again, so i have been tossed out of two games, but luckily i didn't get banned in the first... Not sure about the 2nd. I want Riot to fix it, because it kinda like sucks, and if you can do anything right, you gotta fix that soon, or i won't be able to play any games without getting banned before game start... >:(
