Illaoi's E is still ripping champions out as Minions but still counts as a champion. By this I mean I can use Targon's to execute the remaining 25% of the Spirit's HP at the same time Soraka can use her Q and heal off the spirit. Bug or not? :o It's counting as a champion and a minion.

Soraka being able to heal with a Q should be intended as Illaoi's tentacles hitting the spirit heals her, so it counts as a champion. Targon's on the other hand sounds like a bug as it should only be considered a champion and not a minion.
