Can't Queue any Game Type

I can't queue up for any game type except custom. Co-Op isn't even selectable, and PvP says it's locked until lvl () (seriously, it doesn't even have a number after). Is anyone having this issue?

Co-op is locked for me as well, but I can get in to norms. Teambuilder and Ranked aren't even appearing for me but it looks like rito disabled those.

This has only happened to me for CoOp but it is back
