Game crashing while attempting to load into game? [CRASH] [NA]

So I started a game and everything was going fine I went into champ select got my champ and started to load into the game. . Then while loading in the game would give me an error and each time i had to switch to a new desktop and open task manager to end the process to even do anything. So based off the message I tried to close discord. .did not help. . I closed razer synapse. . .did not help. . I restarted the client and got to the point where I was just about to enter game but the moment i entered the game I got the error before I could do anything. . .This has happened sometimes before at the end of some games but not a whole a lot and never more than once every few days. . This is really annoying my PC can easily run this game so what gives? Also I have noticed that at times of the crash the game seems to be eating like 1.2 gigs or my RAM never noticed it that high before maybe because I was technically in game? I don't know but please help!

EDIT: I tried running the hextech repair tool and did a repatch and still did not work I am trying a full repair now.

EDIT: Full repair did not work I guess I have to uninstall it and reinstall

EDIT: So after removing the game all the way and then reinstalling it I still cannot start a game and load in all the way please riot fix your game this is just not fun. . .I have been playing since season 2 and never had an issue like this without an answer for this long this is just not good. .
