I had three 7500 blue essence orbs. I opened one and it gave me the blue essence, but the next day, the other 2 was gone. Is this something that has been happening to others?

I had two reward chest opened one and the other disappeared, but honestly this preseason has been such a fail to so many players this thread will get deleted if it gets any attention like a bunch of others seem to have.

This could be a visual error, could you log out, log back in and check again?
