ERROR: GROUP NOT FOUND 404-In low prior?

OK, so I get into low prior, and I want to get the timer off of my hands. I go into my second timer and after it is done, I get this message.

ERROR: GROUP NOT FOUND 404

And guess what happens? I have to start my timer all over again, with still having 4 more timers to go. I wait the full 20 minutes, and I still have to redo the timer because of a bug in team builder? Seriously, you need to fix this. It's happened to me more than three times already and I don't want to keep having this happen. I'm sure other people have had this experience before as well.
