wait bans

riot, take away my wait bans please. im getting sick and tired of having to wait 20 mins to play a game that doesn't even work. you haven given me 20 min wait bans more times then I can count and it is ridiculous. I don't leave the match. what happens is after champion select i get a black screen for about 10 minutes and then get a disconnected pop up. i just wanna play your game. take away the bans and then fix it please. i love your game but your support system sucks. i see many people with this same issue and none of your support team members even bother too reply. we don't want champion reworks as bad as we want to actually play your game. please get your stuff together. i really don't want to have to resort too games such as heroes of the storm. (gross) thank you and im sorry too be so blunt but it is very annoying.
