Midgame Q, R, and Backing stopped working.

Roughly 20 minutes into a game as Katarina after a team fight I could no longer use my Q, R or even back.

I attempted to restart the game. Messed with key bindings. I even tried clicking the spells/Back ability and they wouldn't work.
