Soraka hairband glitch.
The celestial skin, which happens to be my favorite, has a glitch going on where the left wing of her hairband is literally stabbing her in the back... @_@

It's funny you should bring this up! I was sifting through backlog bugs, as we try to square some away each patch, and this was one of the one's I'd plucked out. Now, if this is a fairly quick fix, we should be able to get this in for next patch, so 7.16. :)
