This doesn't affect gameplay by the way. So i was playing ranked yesterday and we had an arcade riven in our team and in late game when she died and used guardian angel she still used her death animation which is K.O. dont know if this is a bug or not

This is working as intended, since during Guardian Angel the champion's death animation plays. In Arcade Riven's case, she has a particle and an audio line attached to her death animation.
Well.... Champions show their death animations even if they have Guardian Angel equipped, and since the K.O. is part of her death animation ; I am sure its working as intended. Even though Riven will be revived, technically.... she still died so I would say it's normal
