[Gameplay Bug] Annie Stun
Her stun does not work the way it is meant to. "After casting 4 spells, Annie's next offensive spell will stun the target for a duration." - The way it should be.
Example of failure, stun is at 3 stacks as I do this often so they don't know that my stun is available i will cast 2 moves quickly counting on the second one to stun. Makes sense right 3 stacks, cast one ability 4 stacks, cast second attack = stun. However you have it programed wrong its programed for : every 4 ability on hit, next ability on hit will stun for duration. Going back to my example if I am about to get ganked (situational) I will randomly toss my Q out to get my stun and hit my w to stun both the gank and the ally. However, instead of it working the right way my Q has not hit target yet but my W does (Q still flying toward whatever and W being instant damage) it will hit them with my W but not stun then my Q lands and stuns the minion or whatever I threw it at. Another example: I'm going in for the kill stun is at 4 stacks I flash in and throw my Q to stun them but they are still decent distance away, hit my W for more damage but its out of range to hit them what happens? My stun is wasted on my W that doesn't hurt them and blows my the stun then my Q finally arrives but what good is that to me now....
Granted these might seem situational but, I run into this problem multiple times per game. I used to play Annie a LOT and stopped because of this played her the other day thinking its been months since I noticed this problem lets have some fun with Tibbers. Only to find myself and allies dying because i wasted my stun on a minion and my W only did damage w/o the intended stun and we die.
Try it for yourself I even made and AI game to test it out make sure I wasn't just throwing my ability's out of order and no I'm not.
