Camera lock bug

When playing in game I usually unlock and relock my camera a lot to allow me some movement and to also keep track of my champ. I got it mapped to my T key so its only one click away. My problem or should I say the bug occurs when I've locked and unlocked my camera multiple times, the camera will stay permanently unlocked and not function when pressing the key again usually it returns to normal after I have died in game. Could you guys look into fixing this bug. It has led to me to me death multiple times.
