Nidalee Stuns Scuttler
All you really need to do is throw a spear at the scuttler in human form and when it gets the mark, it gets stunned. As for how often it occurs for me, whenever i play nidalee i show my friends and it always occurs.

It is suppose to do that, last patch riot changed nidalee so that she can mark jungle monsters and stun them. Which is why she has been seeing alot more play in the jungle.
