Anyone elses fps been just droping drastically during past updates?

so past couple updates have been effecting my pc horriable. my fps is normally 120ish during any team battles it will drop down to 1/2 in any period any team battle which normally does not happen i even went and lowered all settings to lowest which it still drops my fps to 1 or even a negative 10 which i didnt think was possiable. i then started to change resolution to lower settings which nothing is working or fixing this any opinions?

yeah it occurred to be all of sudden since last two patches ago i think but it only happened for 2 days my fps would drop down to 11 or so which is pretty much impossible and is the first time I got this in 4-5years of playing lol

Try this tool. You can also try defragmenting partition that you have game installed on.
