Forced Queue Dodge

After accepting a ranked queue, my client decides that it wants to stop working and only give me the option to close it out. It essentially went all black and forced me to restart, but because I accepted the ranked queue it counted it as a queue dodge and I had to face the penalties. Now, this isn't a huge issue if it happens just once, but this has happened to me multiple times, it has happened to my friends and I'm sure it has happened to many of you as well.
