Hextech chest bug??

I just bought a nautilus to get a box on it i got an S- and i didn't get a box and i had 2 ready. Can someone tell mi what is the problem please, and I forgot to mention that it also happened to my friend a few days ago.

Either you had already gotten a chest from it (maybe it was on free rotation?) Or you have no available chests. (I can't remember where it shows)

Yeah riot stolen my hextech chest again I just got S+ on naut and my friend got on vayne but both of us got nothing I hope riot fix this soon!!!
