Scavenging Smite(Poacher's Knife) says that it recharges a smite charge every 15 seconds while in reality it recharges every 75 seconds.

Good catch!
This would definitely be a bug, but imagine how much better Poacher's Knife would be if its cooldown was actually this.
And it still would probably be bad. It would just be less bad. Unless being able to smite every single jungle camp is that good.
