That's that, if Morde attacks with Q up, Titanic Hydra SOMETIMES apply, some other time it doesn't. It's inconsistent as to when it's applied, looks like at random, although so far his 3rd hit will always not proc it.
Morde's Q is weird... Unlike most of the basic attack augments, the magic damage applied by Mordekaiser's Q takes place BEFORE the actual basic attack damage. So if the Q itself kills the target, the actual basic attack will not be applied and if the basic attack is not applied, the wave provided by Titanic Hydra will not either.
