Post Game Screen

First of all, i have improved my behavior by a lot havnt been punished in months and when i finish a game it says im not eligible for loot due to previous behavior restrictions...

Can i know how can i remove this restrinction?

Second, in that same post game screen i cant see my lp gains/loss nor my letter grade of how i did... i think it might be bugged due to this restrinction, can you help/clarify my doubts?
