PBE Eligibility Loop BUG

SO I tried to check my Eligibility for a PBE account. and I cam to a Page the says Login to check your Eligibility. I clicked on Log in and then the log in screen appeared. I logged in and after the I went back to the PBE Page telling me to Log in to check my Eligibility. Its a constant loop and no matter what i do which ever browser I use this happens. Can you Please help me here. I would be happy to get a Answer here Thanks :) And keep up the Good Work :).
