Ranked - 3 Games , 3 Remakes in row. Garbage server, Trash client, time wasting

Here watch how i got 3 remakes in row, some got 5 and the problem is that the game doesn't load after the Champ selec, you have to close '' League Of Legends.exe '' from the task manager and reconnect . sometimes an afk in my team sometimes two in the enemy team and 1 in my team ... some just lost their promos cause the game didn't load ..
