[GAMEPLAY] Champion is not responsive

It happens a lot in canada at the moment, It looks like packet loss and it's very weird. I have a stable 95 ping but my champion won't respond to any of my clicks or ability casted. It looks like it's just freezing for like 1-10 seconds but the enemy champions can play too. I tried to contact my ISP and they said everything is fine on their part and my internet is pretty fast so there is no way the problem is coming from me. I just stopped playing ranked because of this problem..
