[GAMEPLAY] Cass Ult timer not reset

Several times in ARAM and in one of my first ranked SoloQ games while using Cassiopeia this has occurred. I will use my ult just before death, die, then when I respawn my ult is not on CD like it should be. It is lit up like I should be able to use it again. There is no CD sec timer counting, it is not grayed out, clicking the ult button again does not do anything since it's technically supposed to be on CD. There is no way to know how long before ult is off CD...
