[GAMEPLAY] Yuumi Unable To Attach To Sion's Passive

When Sion dies, Yuumi should be able to attach to his passive and assist him. But in the latest update, when Yuumi attempts to attach to his passive, she travels to him and then is bumped off of him, 100% of the time.

                1. Have Sion die and activate his passive
                2. Use Yuumi's W to attach to Sion
                3. Get bumped off and left to die
                4. Success

I have played 4+ games with this Sion, and every time this has happened, so it's not just a one time thing. It appears this glitch started on V9.16, as we have done it before the update and it worked fine.
