I just got out of a ranked game where <no naming & shaming> used a Xerath hack to get 38 kills where he spent most of the game in base. He seemed to be using a global q. the game ended in only 12 minutes... This type of cheating ruins the ranked environment and I feel terrible for the enemy team who loss lp for an unwinnable game. Please disable Xerath until this hack is fixed and perma ban anyone using such tactics.
There is no need to post someone's name if you're reporting a bug. The issue is known by Riot and being looked into.

It's been going around that this is a thing, so just use your ban or tell your teammates to ban him if you're going to play.
And also report any players that do this.
Riot doesnt care. The Gagong guy is the nephew of one of the tencent executives (majority chinese owners of riot) and this is why riots hands are tied. They have been told to allow this continue until the VP's nephew makes some cash off this.
