didnt receieve lp or ip after skipping stats. [Ranked]

Won a ranked game with 96 points. Should have been in series. Skipped waiting for stats because it took to long only to find out I didnt receive anything. I created a ticket. No response. I know I'm not having this issue by myself. Riot help me. Lol. Like seriously help.
