Here is what happens: You go to report someone, the whole LoL client goes transparent white and you cant click anything, even the exit or minimize buttons. You can still see who is typing what and so fourth. In order for me to go play again, I have to close the LoL client and restart it again.

I have windows 10. It could be because of that. It started to happen recently, on this new patch.
