Got a new emote . now emotes are gone , runes are gone , errors everywhere

Got the new holiday emote after a game yesterday . went into champion select for the next game and rune pages I made are gone , I can create new ones but they disappear on logout .

Emotes are gone , when I open the "Emotes" tab in collection I get error EM01 followed by EM05 , and there are no emotes at all . not even in game .

When I open the "Loot" tab I get a message saying "Unable to retrieve some loot items data" but the items seem to be still there .

this has happened before so I reinstalled the game and did an overhaul of my modem opening ports and fixing dns servers information and now it's back.
