[Gameplay] HUGE Bug Where Champ Ults Can Be Used Twice And Maybe More (Video Proof)

I posted about a similar Leona ult bug here not too long ago, but it didn't get too much attention. I think I'll be sending a support ticket this time. It appears if you use your ult right before you die, the game doesn't give your ult a cooldown, so you can use it right after you respawn again. I wonder if you die using an ult for the second time, you can ult again after you respawn. I have personally confirmed this bug for Leona and Amumu, but it's definitely possible other champs can exploit this bug as well.[slayer-pantheon-popcorn]

your ult didnt do anything the first time

It looks like your ult animation may have gone off but the effect it self didn't.

This seems like a bug with the animation, which is still a bug but not completely utter gamechanging at least. Imagine like 2 lux ults. With damage. Eugh.
