[IN-GAME UI] Advanced Player Stats + Chat Box

I'm just going to be brief because I had to rewrite this report twice already because the other two wouldn't post.

Advanced Player Stats (Keybind C by default) does not fully display Runes' panel + Champion Info, because it is misaligned as shown in the above screenshot. (Rune's panel hidden under champion UI --- look behind Riven's face). This occurs for BOTH LEFT AND RIGHT sided minimaps. https://puu.sh/Dgjf9/52ac0507d0.jpg https://puu.sh/DgjfI/d84b66ff26.jpg

Chat Box does not "remember" its position at the start of a new game, ONLY FOR LEFT SIDED MINIMAP (for some reason). It will reset to default position no matter what adjustments are made to it during the previous game.

Update: I found that adjusting the HUD size (literally just an adjustment, say from size 100 to 99) will allow the runes' panel to be positioned correctly and appear as intended again. However, just like with the chat box issue, this is only a temporary solution that requires being done over again whenever a new game is started.... So still an annoying bug. Hope it is fixed.
