[GAMEPLAY] Miss Fortune will occasionally not crit when at 100% crit chance

Video included shows that I am at 100% crit chance and, in two autos in a row, I did 2 normal autos on the Infernal Drake. You can tell immediately because it only uses Miss Fortune's regular auto attack animation.

I have had previous experience with this, but I thought it was just using the regular animation and still applying a crit. This time, I actually got video of it, so I guess I wasn't going crazy.
