Viktor Invulnerability Bug called "Conduit"

So while playing as Viktor on 9/27/14 I was playing and at one point during the game I was fighting a Pantheon and Lucian and was about to die but at about 1/3 health I stopped taking damage for about 1.5-2 seconds. My friend was spectating the game so I told him to lookout for it around 37 minutes. He waited for the moment and while watching it he paused during that moment and he said I had a buff called "Conduit" that said I was immune to damage for a short time. I am not aware of any buff called conduit, although this is a new Viktor kit but it stood out as odd because this buff is not listed anywhere in his kit. So I assume it might of been a possible bug and figured it would be appropriate to report it.
