Me and my friend (Name: GMDG; Server: EUW) found out, that it is possible to spectate a game with the help of the Skype function "Screen transmission". !And that without any delay! This can be achieved by following these steps: Scenario: A wants to spectate B

  1. B configs his LoL to windowmode or borderless window
  2. A and B starts a Skype-Conversation
  3. B activates "Screen Transmission" in Skype
  4. A spectates B without any delay

Of course you can just spectate B's perspective.

I don't think that's a problem. Unless they are on enemy teams.

unless Riot supposedly has something in place to prevent this (Which I doubt considering streaming the game is possible) then not really a bug at all, it's just screen sharing so someone can see what you see, and since they can only see what you see and not the regular spectator view of being able to see all the map and info, technically not cheating in any way unless the person sharing their screen is on the opposite team and intentionally leaking information to his buddy on the enemy team.

That's not a bug....

The delay in the Spectator is designed to prevent the enemy team from seeing what your team is doing real time. This prevents them from seeing your Jungler alone at Dragon, for example.

People can forfeit that protection any time they share their screen. Twitch streams almost always broadcast live, occasionally causing them problems with "Ghosting" (where someone pulls up their stream watch the game from the streamers perspective, knowing what their team is doing).

None of that is preventable by the League client, and Riot makes no attempts to prevent it. Those people are trying to share their screen, and Riot assumes they know that they're getting into. That's not a bug in the slightest.

That's not a bug, that's a function of Skype.
