Thunderlord's bug addressed? Or Yasuo specific? [GAMEPLAY]

Ok so I've encountered the same bug twice as playing when i was running away, RIGHT on the enemy's Thunderlord's proc starts running back towards him instead of keep running away (even with spamm clicking). Just wanted to hear if the issue has been addressed yet or not so I don't waste time with a more detailed post? Because I have video footage of both times it happened.
