Trying to Follow Alpha Client Re-install Troubleshoot [CLIENT]

I'm sorry, but I have to ask: "Where is the 'Settings' button in the Legacy client?"
I need a screenshot or something because I just feel like a moron trying to find the settings so I can run a full repair.
The funny thing is I have definitely been to the settings page before but now I have no idea where it is. [zombie-brand-facepalm]
EDIT: Also just installed Hextech Repair but I'm not really sure what buttons to press there...
