Chroma Pack Problems

So I bought the Lee Sin Chroma Pack Bundle. I used it for 1 day perfectly fine. I get on today and I start a game up and try to use the skin and it says I don't have it. I am only able to play the Dragon Fist lee skin without the color change. I went to the store and it still says I have the Chroma Pack purchased. If I can't use the skin that I paid for then I want a refund, cause' I didn't spend 15$ on a skin that I can't even use.
