Scuttle Crab Bug in Practice Tool [GAMEPLAY]

If you use the practice tool to test the new Scuttle Crab, you will encounter an issue. When you first load into the practice tool, everything works as intended. Both Scuttle Crabs spawn at the 2 minute mark. However, if you kill EITHER ONE then use the "Reset Game" button in the tool bar, only ONE Scuttle Crab spawns at the 2 minute mark.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Create a practice tool game.
2. Clear EITHER Scuttle Crab.
3. Reset Game using tool bar.
4. At the 2 minute mark, only ONE Scuttle Crab spawns.

This bug will happen every time.

It appears just damaging a Scuttle Bug is enough to cause this bug.
