The Accept screen wouldn’t go away....

So earlier I accepted a match and heard my computer go into champ select, but the accept thing wouldn’t go off my screen. I kept spamming accept and decline and it would do nothing. Because I couldn’t do anything it made me dodge and lose lp and staying that my next win would give me less lp. RIOT PLEASE FIX THIS AND GIVE ME MY LP BACK.
