[CRASH] Game crashing immediately before entering loading screen

After the champion select stage ends, upon the champion select window disappearing and the loading screen window being created, the game blackscreens and then crashes.

1. Enter a game lobby

2. Go through champion select as normal

3. Upon the 10-second timer ending, and the champion select window dissapearing, and the loading screen window appearing, the game crashes.

4. The game goes to the Reconnect screen, however when the reconnect is attempted the same issue happens upon the loading screen window appearing.

I first encountered this issue in a normal game, and got a leaverbuster warning because I could not get into the game, even after restarting my League of Legends. After that, I attempted to reproduce this issue in custom games, and it came up every time.
