Cooldown Timer Bug

The active on the predator cooldown's timer is bugged. The time is displayed correctly, but the "clock" on the face is wrong. It is stuck in what appears to be the position just before the cd is over, regardless of the remaining cd. This problem is also displayed by Katarina's ultimate after getting stacks of the ultimate hat. My guess is anything dealing with the new runes may experience this bug, idk.

Go to a game with the new boots and activate them. It has occurred every time I have used them. Same thing with kat ult, use ult hat and watch the cd timer.

I don't have any video or screenshots, but I think everyone that reads this will understand what I'm saying.
