Champions moving backwards when pointing to go forward

Ok first of all Ive never expierenced that kind of problem before. Since last patch i encountered that so many times and got killed that it is really frustrating. YOU KNOW how every millisecond count in this game,and running from the enemy when flash is on cd...and suddenly u RUN INTO THE ENEMY POINTING WITH YOUR MOUSE THE OTHER WAY TO ESCAPE! How the hell is that possible?Bad map coding or champ? Just fix this please or ima really gonna stop playing until that sitty bug is still here.

It's partly because their rotation is not centered - like if you walk near enemy fountain and turn around, you get pushed into the fountain. Another part is because the collision around minions is really buggy and sometimes causes you to get stuck, move, or pushed in the wrong directions.
