Jhin auto+Q bug

Last ranked game I experienced a good bit of frustrating auto+q combinations that left me doing nothing in a team fight for 2-3 seconds. If you are using your 4th shot auto, and timing it just right ((or wrong, since its a bad thing here,)) Jhin will not use the fourth shot, even though the animation was initiated, he will also not use his Q Dancing Grenade. My HP bar above jhins head still said i have 1 bullet left, yet no q ability or auto attack will happen for what I believe to be him buffering the commands and waiting for in my eyes an animation reset resulting in no movement or actions.
